You have the freedom to build your Terms & Conditions. That’s why you can create your own in Tuft. Present your unique terms and business policies! Head over to Settings > Terms & Conditions and craft T&Cs that reflect your awesomeness. You can stick with our default T&Cs or create your own bespoke ones. It’s your salon, your rules!

3- Offer New Appointments Within The System

Offer new appointments in a flash. Life happens, and appointments change. No worries! Tuft has your back. With just a few clicks, you can effortlessly offer new appointment options to your clients directly in the system. That means no more phone calls or interruptions to your grooming flow. Tuft will notify them with the updated details, so they’ll never forget. It’s quick, convenient, and keeps your clients happy.

4- Set Your Own Reminders

Set Custom Appointment Reminders Communication is key, and we want you to have full control. That’s why you can customize your SMS appointment reminders in Tuft. You get two reminders per booking, and you can decide when they go out. Choose the timing that suits you best: 48, 72, or 96 hours before the appointment for the first reminder and the final one within 24 hours. It’s all about flexibility, baby! Keep your clients on track and your salon running smoothly.

5- Invite your Customer to the App

Spread the Tuft love with the app. Let’s get your customers in on the Tuft fun! Once you’ve made an appointment for a client, you can invite them to the Tuft app. Just hit that “invite to app” button on the booking card, and voila! They’ll receive a free SMS introducing them to the wonders of Tuft. The app is a game-changer for you and your customers.
