We are aware of an issue affecting the booking widget where bookings are being automatically accepted, even when the salon is set to require booking requests. This appears to only affect bookings made by new clients who do not already exist in the system.

Bookings from existing clients are coming through as requests as expected.

We are working on a fix and will update here when there is a resolution.
