At this point in time there is no way to respond to a review.

Tuft App wants to remain as transparent as possible for both owners and pet groomers. Reviews help us to do that. However, if you think you have been unfairly reviewed by a client, you can contact us at [email protected] where we will be in touch with you to discuss.
