Can I change the information in my account?

Yes, we have made it easy for you to change the information in your account. 

Here’s how:

• Make sure you are signed into the app first
• Click onto your profile picture to bring up your account settings
• You’ll see both your settings and the setting for your pets in this screen
• Tap the arrow next to your name, from here tap the information you would like to change.
• Enter your new information and tap the screen to reveal the update button
• To cancel the changes click the ‘x’ at the top of the screen
• All changes will be automatically updated in our database.
