Swifter than a collie, friendlier than a retriever – we’ve made it super easy for you to reach out to our dedicated support team 6 days a week. As an organisation we want to remain as open as possible to communications from our pack. There are 4 ways to get in touch with us:
Open only to subscribed salons, you can reach us on WhatsApp 6 days a week. You’ll find a link aptly in your system in the Help section, from here you’ll have direct access to our WhatsApp channel. We endeavour to reply to your questions with 24 hours.
Web Chat
Open 6 days a week, you’ll find our web chat available on any page of the Tuft website in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Give it a tap and we’ll get back to you.
Our suppaw-t email is always open for business. Head over to the contact page to shoot us a message. Let us know what you are having trouble with and a member of our team will be back in touch to assist. We endeavour to reply within 48 hours.
