Can I add discounts to my services?

You can! While there’s no dedicated discount feature, you can use the price revision tool to apply one manually.

Just open the booking card and go to the Finance tab. Under the invoice section, you’ll see an option to Add a price revision. Tap that, enter a negative value (like -5 for £5 off), and add a short description so you know what it’s for.

That’ll apply the discount to the total amount due.

Alternatively, if it’s something you need to apply to specific clients for every groom, rather than doing it manually each time, you can set a special price for the pet.

Just head to the Clients section, select the client, go to the Pet tab, and click the pencil icon next to Basic Details. Scroll down until you see Special prices — this is where you can pick the service and set a custom price and duration for that pet.

Once that’s saved, it’ll use that price automatically for every future booking, and you’ll see a little flag on the pet to show it has a special price set.
