Cancellations & refunds policy
It is important to remember that many of our salons and independent groomers are small businesses. If you cancel your appointment with a short notice, you effect more than just their time. For this reason, we have enforced a 48 hour cancellation policy. That is to say that if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will not be refunded.
We understand that life happens, and if you feel you have circumstances which were out of your control and wish to dispute this refund, you can contact the salon directly as a first point of contact. If the salon/groomer feels that your circumstances were out of your control they can request a refund for you.
We cannot refund a deposit without the salons prior consent, nor can we override their decision.
If you would like to make a complaint, please ensure you have tried to resolve the issue directly with the salon first. If you have already done this and still want to make a complaint against the salon, you can contact us directly, where we may be able to work with the salon to resolve the issue.
