What happens if a salon cancels my appointment?

In order to reduce salon cancellations we ask all of our salons to contact you in advance in case a reschedule can be achieved instead. If the salon absolutely has to cancel your appointment, a full refund will be offered.
We understand that communication is extremely important. If a salon cancels without trying to contact you first, please let us know so we can investigate the situation and help to avoid this for future appointments.

- order reference
- we may also ask for proof (eg. a card statement).
