What happens if a customer cancels or reschedules their appointment after making a deposit payment using Ryft Pay?

If a customer cancels with less than 48 hours notice, you, the groomer keep the deposits automatically. If a customer cancels with MORE than 48 hours notice, the deposit is refunded to the customer automatically.

If the customer reschedules their appointment, the deposit rolls over to the new appointment.
