Absolutely! The team is available 6 days per week via our Whatsapp channel, email and on social media. You can use the “Talk to Tuft” button in your system to be connected to our support team via WhatsApp. We endeavour to deal with requests within a reasonable time.

You can find this in your Salon Settings by clicking the cog in the top right-hand corner.
