Is there a way to refund a customer’s deposit payment made using Ryft Pay through Tuft?

Yes, but there are two scenarios here; 

1. If the appointment hasn’t gone ahead yet, and the balance hasn’t been settled, you can simply cancel the appointment deposit and the refund is automatically processed
   
2. If the appointment has gone ahead, and the balance has been paid, but you are wanting to just refund the deposit portion of the balance, you will need to specify the amount to be refunded in the Refund section of your booking card

Please note, only transactions made by App or SMS payment links can be refunded by us, payments made by card machines and cash will need to be refunded manually by you as a groomer.
