What if I already have a SumUp machine and account?

Great news — you can absolutely use your existing SumUp machine and account with Tuft!
If you’re already using SumUp for card payments, there’s no need to buy a new reader or create a new account. You can link your current setup directly to Tuft.
If your reader is not currently paired with another booking system:
You’re all set to connect! Just follow these steps:
- Log in to your Tuft dashboard.
- Head to the Settings section and find Finance.
- Click Connect SumUp and log in using your existing SumUp details.
- Follow the steps to pair your card reader.
If your reader is currently paired with another system:
You’ll first need to unlink it from your old booking software. Each system handles this differently, so we recommend logging into your previous software and removing the SumUp connection from their integrations or settings area.
Once it’s unlinked, you can follow the steps above to connect it to Tuft.
