Can I upload my previous clients?

Yes, absolutely! You can upload your previous clients to the system. However, if you’re setting up your profile for the first time, make sure uploading your clients is the final step in the process. This is because your clients will be notified that you are now part of Tuft, and if your profile is incomplete, they won’t be able to find you!
How to upload previous clients:
- Navigate to the Clients section
Go to the Clients section in the system and click the “+” button, located at the bottom right corner of the screen. - Input Client and Pet Details
A new window will pop up where you can enter the client and pet details. Once you add an email address or phone number, the client will receive a notification encouraging them to download the app and book you directly.- Tip: You don’t need to fill out all the pet details if you don’t have them handy. When the client creates their profile, they’ll be prompted to confirm and complete their pet’s details. This information will automatically update in your records.
Add Clients from the Calendar
Another way to add clients is via the Calendar. When you’re on the Calendar, click the “+” button to use the Quick Add Client option. This allows you to add clients with fewer details for a faster workflow.
By following these steps, you’ll easily upload your previous clients and keep your profile organised and ready for bookings!
