Can I “Vet” clients before accepting their booking?

You currently can’t vet clients before they book you, however customers are prompted to upload images of their pets as they are now, which will give you a pretty good idea about the pets condition and how it’s been cared for.
Tuft pet booking management system was created as a proof of concept, so bells and whistles were kept to a minimum. That doesn’t mean they aren’t coming through. We have a huge to do list for the developers for Phase Two of the software.
