Ready for collection  button

Groomers will have access to this feature always that your client is a Tuft app user and it will be visible if the Booking Date is the same as the Current date in the Edit Appointment Card. 

You will be able to notify them once their pet is ready to be collected. The ready for collection button is located on the booking card below the message button. 

To notify the client:

  1. Change the booking status to Completed
  2. Click the ready for collection button

Your client will receive a notification informing them that their pet is ready to be collected.

Bear in mind that if the pet owner is not a Tuft app user, this feature will not be available and the ready for collection button won’t be visible on the booking card.
