Can I Switch Deposits Off for Certain Clients?

Yes, you can! To switch deposits off for a specific client, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to the Client Profile of the individual for whom you want to disable deposits.
- In the Overview section of the profile, locate the toggle labeled Disable Deposit.
- Switch the toggle to the “off” position to disable deposit requirements for this client.
Once completed, this client will no longer be required to pay a deposit when booking appointments. If you need to re-enable the deposit for the client, simply return to their profile and toggle the Disable Deposit option back on.
Please note: Bookings made before this change was made may still require a deposit. If you want to cancel deposits for previous bookings after the change is made, you will need to delete the booking and remake it.
This will apply your new deposit settings to the booking.
