How to Set a Special Price for a Pet in Tuft?

With Tuft, you can easily set a special price for a specific pet. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Tuft account and navigate to the Clients section.
2. Select the client associated with the pet for which you want to set special pricing.
3. Locate the pet, click on it, and then select the pencil icon to edit the pet’s details.
4. Scroll down to the Pet-Specific Pricing section at the bottom of the edit window.
5. Choose the service, enter the custom price and duration, and click Save.

The special pricing will apply immediately and can be updated at any time.

Booking made before the Special Price was added will not update to the new price. In order for booking made prior to the change, you will need to cancel them and rebook them.
