Why do I have to pay a deposit?

Often the salons featured on Tuft are independent businesses, so failing to attend an booking, or cancelling last-minute affects more than just their schedule. By introducing pre-paying to the industry, we can reduce the impact on business owners which would usually be financially impacted through cancellations/no-shows. Your deposit is refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your upcoming booking.

We want you to have the best possible experience too, so if you feel that the service you received from one of the salons isn’t satisfactory, you should first contact the salon, many disputes can be resolved directly with your groomer.
