How do I reschedule an appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. We have made this process as simple as possible, however remember you can only reschedule a to a time slot that is of equal duration to your appointment.

To reschedule your appointment, take the following steps;

  • Open the app
  • Your upcoming appointment should be on the homescreen, but if it isn’t you can easily locate this by looking for “Bookings” at the bottom – of your screen – navigation bar.
  • Click the grey arrow on the appointment you would like to change.
  • Click “Manage Booking“, you’ll be asked if you would like to choose a new time or cancel the booking
  • To reschedule your booking click “Find a new time
  • The calendar will pop up as it did before when you made your initial booking
  • Select a new time and confirm your selection
  • We will email the salon with your new time, so there is no need to notify them 

If there is less than 48 hours to go until your upcoming booking you will need to contact the salon directly if you want to reschedule. This may result in loss of your deposit and you may be asked to pay a new deposit on the new appointment time.

If you need to cancel your appointment instead, you need to remember your deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is made 48 hours in advanced. You can read about cancelling your appointment in the help centre.
