Why did the price change from my initial booking?

All prices on the app are quoted “from” owing to the huge number of variants that can affect the time on table/in the salon. All pet groomers work on an hourly basis, if your pet turns up to the salon with matted fur or they are nervous (for example), it may take longer to complete the groom, meaning time that could be spent with other clients is spent with your pet.
More details about pricing adjustments can be found in the Terms & Conditions you accepted upon sign up.
If you want to dispute the price adjustment, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will investigate.
We’ll need the following details:
- Order reference
- Charge
- We may also ask for proof (eg. a card statement).
