How do I cancel my booking?

We understand that life happens, and if you really cannot make the booking that you booked, we have made it easy to cancel via the app.

  • Open the app
  • Your upcoming booking should be on the homescreen, but if it isn’t you can easily locate this by looking for “Bookings” at the bottom – of your screen – navigation bar.
  • Click “Manage my booking” on the booking you would like to change.
  • Click “Cancel my booking
  • Enter your reason for cancellation
  • Click “I have read and understood the cancellation policy
  • Click “Cancel my booking
  • Done, your booking has been cancelled! We will notify the salon of your cancellation. Your refund will be automatically issued – if the cancellation is within the terms of our cancellation policy – to your original payment method.

Please remember, many of the salons featured on Tuft are independent businesses, so failing to attend an booking, or cancelling last-minute affects more than just their schedule. Deposits reduce the impact on business owners which would usually be financially impacted through cancellations/no-shows. Your deposit is refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your upcoming booking.
