How do I reschedule a booking?

You can move your booking yourself up to 48 hours beforehand. One thing to know before you start: you can only move to a slot of the same length as your original booking.

• Open the app
• Your upcoming booking should be on the home screen. If it isn’t, tap “Bookings” in the navigation bar at the bottom.
• Tap the grey arrow on the booking you want to change
• Tap “Manage Booking”. You’ll be asked whether you want to choose a new time or cancel.
• Tap “Find a new time”
• The calendar opens, same as when you booked
• Pick your new slot and confirm

We’ll email the salon with your new time, so you don’t need to tell them yourself.

Less than 48 hours to go? You’ll need to contact the salon directly. They might still be able to fit you in, but you may lose your deposit and be asked to pay a new one on the rebooked slot. That’s their call.
