Can I add past bookings into my calendar?

The answer is yes! You can add previous bookings to your calendar, the process will be the same as adding new bookings. You will just need to select the date and time of that previous booking and add it, the booking status will automatically switch to ‘’Completed’’ so you won’t need to do anything else other than add the appointment date and service.

Clients won’t be notified about historical bookings – great for when you are switching over systems and you would like to add their previous records.
