How do I reschedule a booking?

Upon receiving a booking request, you can go to the Booking Request section on your system then ”Reject Booking”, and ”Offer New Booking”.

Once a booking is confirmed you can reschedule from the appointment on your calendar screen by clicking on the drop down menu on the appointment, selecting ”Cancel/Reschedule”, then ”Offer New Booking”.
