Can I choose when to send notifications?

Notifying a customer should be an easy thing to do, from Tuft we’re not only making your life easier but we also give you the freedom to choose when to send certain reminders.
Your clients receive 2 reminder notifications.
We understand that some groomers like to choose when to send that first reminder, so we have added the possibility of modifying the interval of the initial notification. You will be able to select the following:
- 48 hours before the booking day
- 72 hours before the booking day
- 96 hours before the booking day
Please note that the second notification (24 hours) is not customisable, giving you peace of mind and reducing no-shows.
How to set my booking reminders frequency?

- Just open your system
- Go to your salon’s settings ⚙️
- Click on ‘’Notifications’’ (Next to ‘’Terms & conditions’’)
- Click on the drop-down menu
- Select when you want to send your booking reminder
- Don’t forget to hit ‘’Save’’ to make it official!
