How will I know when I have received a new booking?

You will be notified in two ways.

If you have enabled booking requests in your salon settings, you’ll get a notification in your booking request’s section on the system. Tuft updates automatically every 15 seconds to make sure you never miss any booking notifications.

You will also receive an email when a new event happens, such as “New booking”. The subject line will read “{yourname}, {clientname} has just booked a service for {petname} 🗓. Look out for these emails in your email. If you aren’t receiving emails please make sure you check your Junk Inbox.
