What if a client calls to reschedule a booking?

If your client calls to reschedule a booking, please ask them to amend the appointment from within the app. They will need to:

  • Make sure they are on the Home page of their app
  • Navigate to “Bookings” – seen at the bottom of their app
  • Click the booking they wish to reschedule
  • Click “Manage”
  • From here they will be able to choose a new time and date as per your calendar.

What if I want to reschedule the appointment for them?

You can do this from your calendar. You can change the status to ‘Cancel/Reschedule’ and then ‘Offer new Booking’. Meaning you could offer the client an alternative date/time.
