What if a client calls to reschedule a booking?

If your client calls to reschedule a booking, please ask them to amend the booking from within the app. They will need to:
- Make sure they are on the Home page of their app
- Navigate to “Bookings” – seen at the bottom of their app
- Click the booking they wish to reschedule
- Click “Manage”
- From here they will be able to choose a new time and date as per your calendar.
What if I want to reschedule the booking for them?
You can do this from your calendar. You can change the status to ‘Cancel/Reschedule’ and then ‘Offer new Booking’. Meaning you could offer the client an alternative date/time.
